What happens next

  1. We reply to arrange a visit, usually the same working day.
  2. We walk the parcel with you and look at drainage, grade, access and utilities.
  3. You get a written lot evaluation, then design and a specification built from it.
  4. Nothing is ordered, cleared or scheduled until you have signed that specification.
